Due to scheduled upgrades for the OAA’s database system, all member services will be impacted and inaccessible for up to 24 hours, beginning on Wednesday, April 7 at 12:01 a.m. Transcripts, ConEd hours, e-Communities, applications, the Canadian Experience Record Book (CERB), and renewals will all be down. The Member site at https://members.oaa.on.ca/ will also be inaccessible.
This upgrade to OAA's database will come with enhanced security features to better protect you and your information. All passwords will need to be 8 characters or more in length, with at least 1 upper case, 1 number, and 1 special character (e.g. punctuation). This means you will may need to reset your password. You can do so by clicking here and selecting "Forgot Password."
