Important Note 

Your licence/individual account is separate from your Certificate of Practice account due to Regulatory Requirements. Follow the instructions below to retrieve your user credentials.

Notice of Username Change 

Effective December 11th, your OAA username is changing to numeric digits only - you  will no longer need to enter "OAA" before your ID number when logging in.

For example, if your old username was "OAA1234" your new username will be simply "1234". Your password has not been changed.

Note: Your OAA Account ID is different than your licence or Certificate of Practice number.

If you have forgotten your username click "Forgot my username?" and enter your email address of record.
NOTE: If your licence / individual and Certificate of Practice accounts use the same primary email address you will not be able to retrieve your username and must contact OAA directly. See below.

Password

Passwords are encrypted and cannot be retrieved online or by staff. To reset your password click the "Forgot Password" link to have a password reset email sent to your email address of record.

Account Locked Out

If your account is locked out, please return to the website after 1 hour, and click “reset my password”
