The 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held online Wednesday, June 16 from 2 to 4 pm. In preparation, the 2020 Annual Report is posted online.

The AGM’s meeting agenda, accompanying materials, and information on how to participate have been sent to all members.

HOW TO REGISTER:

1) Please sign in with your OAA Username.
    Forgot your username or password? Click here to reset it. 

2) Once you have signed in, select "REGISTER MYSELF", "ADD" the appropriate program and then "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT".

3) In order to complete your registration you must select "SUBMIT ORDER" on the check out page. 

If you are not an OAA member, please join us on the OAA's YouTube Channel. Please note: Members who are eligible to vote will not be able to do so  through the YouTube channel.
