OAA Annual General Meeting (Members Only)

The Ontario Association of Architects will host this year’s 2022 Annual General Meeting of Members (AGM) in a hybrid format, offering a limited in-person gathering at Conference in Toronto as well as a livestreamed virtual option.

The 2022 AGM will be held at the Beanfield Centre and online from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 12. In preparation, the OAA will post the 2021 Annual Report  when available. The meeting agenda, accompanying materials, and information on how to participate will be sent to all members no later than Wednesday, April 20. Registration will be required to attend the event and to vote—more information will be provided.

Any licensed member who wants to propose a motion for consideration at the meeting must deliver it to OAA Executive Director Kristi Doyle no later than 4:30 pm on Thursday, March 31. Please note all proposed motions must be signed by 10 licensed members. You can refer to Sections 21 and 23 of the OAA Bylaws for instructions with respect to wording.
