HOW TO REGISTER:

1) To begin with your registration, select "Register Myself" if it is not already selected.

2) Fill in all required fields on pages 1, 2 and 3 of your registration and then "Proceed To Checkout". You will receive a message that your registration is complete. Click 'Go To Checkout'

3) On the cart page, select your method of payment from one of the four available options listed under 'Payment Options' then click 'Submit Order' at the bottom of the page.

Only OAA Interns in good standing may register for the ExAC through this registration portal.
  

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

1) To pay by cheque OR online banking, enter your name at the PURCHASE ORDER field and click "SUBMIT ORDER" to receive an automatically generated Order Confirmation via email, which also serves as an invoice/receipt.

2) VISA and MasterCard payments are accepted. Please note the payment processing company charges a non-refundable 2.5% convenience fee.

NOTES:

- Please allow up to 30 days to receive a Letter of Acknowledgement from the date of completing your registration.
