Dream LeBreton is a visionary housing development in Ottawa that redefines sustainable urban living by integrating ecological responsibility and social equity. Targeting LEED Gold certification and the Zero Carbon Building Standard, it demonstrates how urban environments can create positive impacts. With 41% of its 600 units designated as affordable and 31% fully accessible, the project prioritizes marginalized groups and honours Indigenous values, blending sustainability with inclusive, people-first urban mobility.
