An Interactive Workshop on Completing an OBC Part3/Part9 OAA Matrix

As part of a building permit submission process, local Authorities Having Jurisdiction request that an OBC Matrix be completed for each project submission. Typically, this is provided on the architectural permit drawing set. Through this interactive workshop, attendees will be completing an OBC Part 3/ Part 9 OAA Matrix. Working with the presenter, they will use a typical project example and complete the matrices as a group through this workshop format.

Learning Objectives
1. Understand the purpose of completing an OBC Matrix.
2. Understand how to input content into a matrix.
3. Learn what each of the line items are looking for.
4. Determine the level of detail
needed to be identified.

This session takes place offsite at Nedlaws. Registrants will meet at the Transportation Hub to take a shuttle bus over to Evolv1. Arrival back is expected for 12:30pm. Registrants are still able to register for Sponsored Learning sessions which include lunch.
